WraeclastBets — Legal Notice & License

1. Fan project, not affiliated. WraeclastBets is an independent, community-made tool for Path of Exile 2. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Grinding Gear Games. "Path of Exile", "Path of Exile 2", and all related names, logos, and imagery are trademarks or property of Grinding Gear Games.

2. Intellectual property. Unless otherwise stated, Grinding Gear Games is the owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights, in the game data, item names, icons, currency imagery, character classes, ascendancy art, and every other element deriving from Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2 shown in this tool. These assets are displayed under fan-content and nominative-use principles for the sole purpose of helping players analyse and trade in-game items. No ownership is claimed over them.

3. Data and asset sources. Market prices and economy data are drawn from poe.ninja and from the official Path of Exile 2 trade API operated by Grinding Gear Games. All trade API requests originate from a single identifiable IP address, carry a contact address in their User-Agent, and stay within the API's published rate limits, so Grinding Gear Games can identify and reach the operator at any time. Item, currency, and class imagery may be loaded from third-party community resources including the poe2db content delivery network. These sources retain all rights in their respective data and assets, and WraeclastBets claims none.

4. Early Access status. WraeclastBets is in an early, experimental Alpha stage. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with no warranty of any kind. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Computed prices, costs, profit, and ROI figures are estimates only, not guarantees. Features, data, and the service itself may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

5. In-game trading only, no real-money trading. All values are expressed in Path of Exile 2 in-game currency (such as Divine and Chaos Orbs). This in-game currency has no real-world monetary value. WraeclastBets facilitates in-game, player-to-player trades by generating whisper messages that players send manually inside the game. It does not automate trading and does not interact with the game client, in line with Grinding Gear Games' Terms of Use. Using this tool to conduct real-money trading of accounts, characters, or virtual items is strictly prohibited and violates Grinding Gear Games' Terms of Use.

6. Marketplace and user content. The bulk marketplace connects players who wish to trade in-game item packages. The operator is not a party to any trade, does not hold items or currency, and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, for completed or failed trades, or for disputes between traders. Ratings, feedback, in-game names, and chosen avatars are provided by users, who grant the operator the right to store and display that content for the operation of the service. Trade at your own risk.

7. No financial advice. Nothing in this tool is financial advice. All analysis concerns virtual items in a video game. Decisions made using this tool are the user's own responsibility.

8. Privacy. Account data including your email address (used only to verify your account and to reset your password), and optional Path of Exile session identifiers, are processed only to operate the service. Session identifiers are never sent to the client.

9. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage, including loss of in-game items or currency, arising from use of this tool or reliance on any value it computes.

10. Takedown and contact. This is a non-commercial fan project run to help the community. If you are a rights holder and believe something here should be changed or removed, contact [email protected] and it will be addressed promptly.

1. Scope. This license covers only the original work of WraeclastBets: its source code, user interface text and layout, crafting and market simulation logic, database schema, and written documentation (the "Software"). It does not cover any Path of Exile or Path of Exile 2 assets, data, names, or imagery, which belong to Grinding Gear Games and are governed by the Legal Notice above.
2. Grant. The Software is made available for personal, non-commercial use through the hosted service at wraeclastbets.com during its Early Access period. No right to copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, host, or create derivative works of the Software, in whole or in part, is granted. The source is not published under this license.
3. Non-commercial. The Software and the hosted service may not be used for commercial gain. Using the in-game trading features to conduct real-money trading of virtual items is prohibited.
4. Third-party rights. All Path of Exile intellectual property, market data from poe.ninja, and data from the official Path of Exile 2 trade API belong to their respective owners. This license grants no rights in any of that material.
5. Early Access and warranty. The Software is provided during Early Access "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator does not warrant availability, correctness of any computed value, or continuity of the service, and may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice.
6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Software or the hosted service, including loss of in-game items or currency resulting from trades.
7. Termination. This license terminates automatically on breach, and the operator may revoke access to the hosted service at any time.
